Candidates on Waiting list and those who wish to apply a fresh for BPA (T) please note that.

  • Those of the candidates whose application status is not complete and have not generated application ID have to complete their application
  • Directorate of Higher Education is likely to open second round of
  • If the candidates who have been offered admission fail to complete the admission process the seat will be made available for admission in that category in the next round.
  • Aptitude test will be conducted for fresh applicants ONLY and a combined merit list of those on waiting list in previous round and the new round will be generated.
  • Any vacant seats at the end of second round (if conducted) in any of the reserve category will be filled from candidate in General category waiting

 

Instructions for confirming Admission and payment of fees

The applicants who are shortlisted in the first merit list of admission to FY B.P.A. (Theatre) programme for the academic year 2021-2022 are hereby informed that the counselling session for the above said programme will begin from 18th      August 2021onwards. Last date to complete the admission formalities with payment of fees is 23rd August, 2021.

The selected applicants are requested to report at Kala Academy Goa’s College of Theatre Arts, (Panaji office) at Old Secretariat Complex (Adilshah Palace-1st Floor) with following documents at the time of counselling for verification and confirmation of their seats on any working day from Monday                                                                 to                                                                Friday

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ADMISSION (2021-2022)

  • Original Leaving Certificate and Marksheet of Standard XIIth
  • Self-attested copy of mark sheet (Standard XIIth) & Leaving Certificate
  • Self-attested copy of caste certificate – (For reserved category applicants only as per the State Government directives)
  • 3 Passport size photographs
  • Duly filled Undertaking by the Student/and parent towards Anti-Ragging form (The same is available on our website as part of the prospectus)
  • Self-attested copy of Aadhar Card

 For students coming from open school and other than Goa Board

  1. Migration Certificate (original)
  2. Goa University Statement of Provisional Eligibility Certificate (original)

Selected applicants from the merit list are informed to submit necessary documents and visit the college for counselling before the last date.

The fees to be paid for FY admission is Rs. 6070/-.(With 50% concession on fees)

Once the admission committee approves the admission, the candidate has to pay the fees through SBI Collect portal and the candidate should provide the reference number of the transaction once the payment is made for generating the receipt.

The seat will be confirmed only after the fees are paid and reference number is provided to us.

 

Also you are requested to maintain social distance and follow COVID-19 norms in the college premises. Wearing a face mask is compulsory in college premises.
